MWW Fresh's Heaven’s Garden range is the latest innovative idea to save people time by providing peeled garlic cloves, crushed garlic, ginger flake and crushed ginger ready to use.
The products, which are chilled or frozen, were developed to save people the effort of having to peel and crush the ingredients when cooking.
Operations Director Parveen Mehta says: “Historically, the company grew out of supplying “hard” exotics to the Afro-Caribbean and ethnic community.
“We then expanded the range to supply products like mangoes, kiwi fruit, courgettes and sweet peppers when they were considered exotic. The company was among the pioneers of getting such products established in the marketplace.”
